OUR MENU
Our Head Chef, Mark Redwood is passionate about his food and
believes that using the freshest fish and seafood available he
needs to enhance not hide the flavours. Hence his menu is simple
but innovative, using sustainably sourced fish.
Of course we always have fresh lobster predominantly from Pembrokeshire
but on occasions from Cornwall and kept in our salt water own
tanks. Freshly shucked oysters and our famous Fruits de Mers
are particular specialities of the Old Passage. Simple – perfect!
The starters and main courses vary with the availability of fresh
fish and may change daily. If you have your hearts set on something
specific then please telephone us and we will do our best to
supply. If you have dietary or allergy issues, then please let
us know, preferably giving us a few days notice.
Please remember that dishes are subject to the daily availability
of our fish and shell fish and may well vary subject to weather
and other factors.
From Tuesday to Friday we also have the River Lunch Menu.
This is a set lunch menu which changes daily so we only show a
sample menu. It represents excellent value for money at £15.00
for two course or £20.00 for three.
Of course, our a la carte
menu is also available.
New to our summertime lunch menu is our 'White Collection' of
tapas with a very special Old
Passage style.
And breakfast, definitely with a difference. Booking is necessary
for this but a wonderful way to start your day.
